The resurrection is the Big Story that turned a little Jewish protest movement into a world transforming religion. And yet by Easter Monday we’ve almost forgotten about it and are planning our summer holidays.
How can we recapture the explosive power of the resurrection that ricocheted around the world?
How can we live in the glow of resurrection and be an Easter people?
How can ‘there and then’ become ‘here and now’?
If you would like to participate in this year’s Lent Course, please sign up on the sheet in your church by Sunday 4th February at the very latest. The courses will start in the week beginning Monday 19th February.
New this year, we will also have an online group, in the form of a Forum on the website – each week we will introduce the material and ask some pertinent questions, just like a group leader might in one of the real groups, but instead of you having to meet at a certain time and place, you can visit the online Forum at any time to add your thoughts or make a contribution.
You are very welcome to join the online discussion even if you are in a real group as well – in fact some feedback from the groups would be great!
You will need to register on the website to take part, which is very straightforward – click here to start now.
